BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

 

​PAYMENT/REFUNDS:

•  Full payment must be issued before I start//finish the image.

• I only accept payments through PayPal in USD. 

•  Partial payments are accepted for specific works. If full payment is not received on the given deadline, your commission will be dropped. If you sent a partial without the full payment, it will be refunded.
  (deadlines must be discussed beforehand)

• If you are seeking a refund for work that is in process, I will only return what was not finished. 
  Meaning, if you commission a full painting and I already started the lines, I will deduct the cost.

•  Notice: I reserve the right to cancel any given commission, at any given time ! You will receive a full refund of the purchase.

NOTICE FOR CLIENTS:

• DO NOT edit/manipulate the finished works without written permission

• You may crop, edit, manipulate your image for stickers, or self leisure, but you MAY NOT do this as a means of self profit, and please refrain from re-posting edited works without my watermarks.

• You MAY NOT commission characters you do not own- I need written consent from both character owners.

• DO NOT remove my watermark

• Always CREDIT me. (this pertains to custom designs as well)

• For anonymous commissions, you can be rest assured that your commission will remain confidential with me, but please discuss this with me beforehand.

•  You have the right to issue deletion of images posted without your consent or my own.

•  You may request changes up to three (3) times before I no longer accept them.  This does not include communication errors or mistakes on my end.

• You MAY NOT edit or trace the commission yourself, or contact another artist to do so.

ARTIST RIGHTS:

•  I own all copyrights of the commission. (besides your character of course)

•  I reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.

•   I WILL NOT reproduce your commission with the intent to sell or for profit.

•  I reserve the right to take as long as I like on a commission unless a due date is previously agreed upon.
  (There are multiple ways of getting in contact with me, all of which are blatantly posted on my Furaffinity. )

 
ON CUSTOM DESIGNS: 

• Customs are NOT available for resale, no questions asked!

• You can make only CANON changes to DRAKKEN//LUNID custom designs once bought. PLEASE stay true to whichever species lore is in question.

• You absolutely MUST credit me for any designs I have made. Just because you own the character ( and bought the design) doesn't mean you CREATED the design yourself. CREDIT me always.

WILL NOT DRAW:

• scat//piss

• cub or baby fur

• gore is fine

• inflation//excessive cum inflation

• extreme hyper

• sexual violence strictly prohibited, please do not ask  (pseudo-rape, rape, etc.) - light gore like cuts and bruises and red marks are fine.✦

• gender-derogatory dialogue  (for example, I will not draw a character explicitly shaming genitalia or honoring a specific genitalia)
